Portal Operators

A “MNvest portal” means an Internet Web site that is operated by a portal operator for the offer or sale of MNvest offerings under this section or registered securities under section 80A.50, paragraph (b), and satisfies the requirements of subdivision 6.  The sale of all securities under a MNvest offering must be conducted exclusively through a MNvest portal.

The Minnesota Department of Commerce has declared the following portal registrations to be effective with the state:

By declaring a portal operator’s registration effective, the Department does not represent that it endorses or approves of every aspect of the portal operator’s business.  The securities offered on the portal have not been recommended by any federal or state securities commission or division or other regulatory authority.  Thus, in making an investment decision, purchasers must rely on their own examination of the issuer and the terms of the offering, including the merits and risks involved.
